Terms of Sale

Effective October 28, 2026

These Terms of Sale apply to every order placed at spareware.co with Spare Ware Designs, LLC ("SPARE/WARE," "we" or "us"). They work together with our Terms of Service, Shipping policy, Returns & Exchanges policy and Privacy Policy. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. You will get an order confirmation email right away, but that email is not acceptance. We may refuse, limit or cancel any order, for example for suspected fraud, a pricing or listing error, a quantity limit or an inventory problem. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

2. Pricing and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars for U.S. orders and shown in Canadian dollars for orders shipped to Canada. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required, and for Canadian orders duties and GST/HST are calculated and collected at checkout. Shipping is added at checkout based on your address and cart, as described in our Shipping policy. Payment is taken when you place your order through our payment processor, and we never see or store your full card number. If a product is listed at the wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you or offer you the chance to reorder at the correct price.

3. Limited drops and pre-orders

Many SPARE/WARE products are released in small, limited runs. Drops may have a start time, an end date and a quantity limit, and sold-out items are not guaranteed to return. We may limit the number of units per customer or per order. Pre-order items are made after you order. Timelines and the rules for cancelling or changing a pre-order are in our Shipping policy.

4. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States and to Canada. Rates, processing times, carrier delays and lost or stolen packages are covered in our Shipping policy.

5. Returns, exchanges and FINAL/SALE items

Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition. You pay return shipping, and a 10% restocking fee is deducted from your refund. Items marked FINAL/SALE, giveaway and promotional items, and items bought as part of a bundle or "free item with purchase" offer are final sale. Orders shipped to Canada are final sale unless an item arrives damaged or defective. 6. Charitable donations

Some drops and products donate a share of sales to a named cause, and a portion of every purchase supports the SPARE/WARE Youth Development Fund. When a product or drop supports a specific organization, the product page or drop page names it and states the share. The share is calculated on the amount stated there, and we pay it to the named organization after the drop or period closes. Donations are made by SPARE/WARE. Buying a product is not a charitable contribution by you and is not tax-deductible.

7. Promotions and discount codes

Offers such as a first-order discount, the military and first responder discount, bundle pricing and free-shipping thresholds are subject to the conditions shown with the offer. Unless an offer says otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, have no cash value and apply to eligible items only. Free-shipping thresholds are calculated before tax and after discounts. We may end or change a promotion at any time, but a change will not affect an order already accepted. We may cancel orders that misuse an offer.

8. Product information and colors

We work to show our products accurately. Colors can look different on different screens, and sizing varies by style, so check each product's size guide and fit note before you order.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SPARE/WARE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your order or from products you buy. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, or our 90-day workmanship warranty.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, except where your local law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
